The NCPDP Status Code Source was identified by the use of the RX Code Source Qualifier in STC01-4. Home Hospital Pharmacy uses XYZ Service to submit electronic claims and claim status requests to ABC Insurance. Test / Production Transaction Status Each application open interface has its own processing rules for validating EDI inbound transactions, including those marked as test transactions. XYZ Service, which is a Clearinghouse, has an electronic transmitter identification number of X67E which it uses to conduct electronic business transactions with ABC Insurance.
